These
credit reports (shown above) reflect a Before and After score for all
3 Bureaus. The one on the left qualified this individual for an interest
rate of 7.75% with a down payment of 10% on the purchase of a new home
for $225,000. The one on the right, pulled just a few months later,
gave him an approval for 6.25% with NO down payment |
These
